The diesel Chevrolet Cruze is on its way to the United States.
Since 2008, the Chevy Cruze has been offered in other countries, but not in the US. All Cruze vehicles have had the diesel option.
The Cruze CDX comes with a brand-new turbodiesel engine. These diesel engines are created by General Motors’ diesel engine manufacturing plant in South Korea.
Analylists believe that the diesel Cruze will have to acquire a great mileage rating with the Environmental Protection Agency if it wants to be successful. The Chevy Cruze Eco can get 40 mpg on the highway. Without a similar rating, the CDX might be found wanting.
